What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program based around Constantly Varied Functional movement performed at High intensity. CrossFit uses Gymnastics, Olympic Lifting Sprinting Throwing Jumping and other functional movements combined to create your optimum fitness.
Intensity is relative and different for all, our program is entirely inclusive. High level athletes and Grandpa’s can be interacting and competing together in the same workout separated only by the relative scaling of the weight, movement, and suitable intensity dependent on the individuals needs.
Our Classes are small group based training with 2 coaches to 10 athletes based on CrossFit methodologies. Strength and Conditioning principles combined with “cardio” (rowing, running, skipping, biking) plyometric and gymnastic movements.
You can expect a 5-10 minutes dynamic warm-up, 10-20 minutes strength/skill drill and a Workout of the Day (WOD).
Our goal at CrossFit Revelstoke is to help you become Fitter Faster Stronger so you can go out and do whatever you want to. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to build all elements of your fitness. Strength, Endurance, Stamina, Power, Accuracy, Agility, Balance, flexibility, and Speed. It is ideal for preparing you for the unknown.

Owner of CrossFit Revelstoke Stephanie China, opened her first buisness Revelution with the vision of creating a training facility where individuals can achieve their fitness goals. Steph is continually learning and looking for the best programming and this is why she opened CrossFit Revelstoke.
